| Vicksburg Offers Amnesty For Payment of Fines |

| The City of Vicksburg has declared February 1, 2012 through March 31, 2012 an amnesty period for payment of outstanding fines. The Board voted this week to allow the amnesty so that citizens can pay their delinquent fines and avoid a visit to Municipal Court. |
