Our main duties are as follows:

• Accepts and Processes applications on a daily basis
• Posts job opportunities in the newspaper and on TV Channel 23
• Recruits, interviews and selects employees to fill positions
• Plans and conducts new hire orientation
• Oversees all personnel issues
• Approve requests involving pay raises and family medical leave
• Provides employees information on benefit programs
• Mediator between employees and managers and elected officials
• Complies with government required reporting
